There are 4 different ways you can fund an inmate's account in the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility.

At Access Corrections you will be able to fund an inmate's account. When you use this service the funds are instantly deposited into an inmate's account 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. However, there is a charge to use this service.
By Phone
By calling 907-335-3100 you will be able to deposit funds into an inmate's account between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday if you are not able to use a computer. However, there is a charge to use this service.

Phone Calls
For their phone services, the Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility uses Securus Technologies. Inmates are permitted to only making collect calls.

Visiting Rules
The Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility inmates are allowed to get visitors using the Securus video visitation system, which is a non-contact visitation. You and the inmate will only be able to see each other on a screen. The Kenai Peninsula Youth Facility uses this system to make sure inmates, family members, friends, and the prison staff stay safe and secure.
There is a daily visitation schedule. There is no visitations on Thanksgiving or Christmas.
You will need to show a government ID before you are allowed to visit. Minors will need to stay with their legal guardian. Minors will need to show a copy of their birth certificate. The Department of Vital Statistics is where you will be able to get birth certificates.
There is a dress code that visitors must follow. If you do not follow all of the visitation rules, you will not be able to visit.
Inmates are allowed to have two 1-hour visits each week from their family and friends.
