The San Joaquin County Honor Farm inmates can have visitors. All visitors under the age of 18 are allowed to visit, however they will need to stay by their legal guardian. Phone calls

San Joaquin County Honor Farm inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time the inmates are allowed to call their family and friends. The inmates are only allowed to have 15-minute calls. The call will be disconnected when the 15-minutes is up. 

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are prohibited for the inmates to use. The call will be disconnected if an inmate is caught using any of these calling features. Disciplinary action will be taken against the inmate. 

The San Joaquin County Honor Farm inmates are allowed to make collect calls only. Only individuals who have a landline phone can receive collect calls.
