Van Horn Youth Center Boot Camp inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time the inmates are allowed to call their family and friends. The inmates are only allowed to have 15-minute calls. The call will be disconnected when the 15-minutes is up. 

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are prohibited for the inmates to use. The call will be disconnected if an inmate is caught using any of these calling features. Disciplinary action will be taken against the inmate.

The books, magazines, and newspapers will need to be sent directly from the bookstore or publisher to the Van Horn Youth Center Boot Camp.
