Inmates at Yalobusha County Jail are able to make free phone calls when they are in the booking process. There is a telephone supplied in every cell. The inmates can use their telephone to call to arrange bail, call their legal counsel and to call home. All local calls are free. Inmates will be required to make a collect call for any long distance phone calls.

All calls will be collect calls when inmates are in general population. Inmates can only call those who possess a landline. You will not be able to receive a collect call from a cell phone. The individual receiving the collect call is responsible for any charges from the collect call.

Three-way calls, call forwarding and other calling features are not permitted for the inmates. The call will be terminated immediately if an inmate is found using these features. Disciplinary action will be taken against the inmate.

Yalobusha County Jail inmates do not have access to the internet or any electronic messaging systems that they can use to communicate with family and friends.
