Inmate Search

Since NEXUS Treatment Center is a Montana Department of Corrections facility, you can use the “corrections offender network” of the Montana Department of Corrections to find an inmate. It can be found here.

To search for an inmate, you will be asked for their first name, last name, and DC number. You may even be able to find inmates based on their alias, as well. You can also opt to only show offenders that have photographs.

Sending a Mail

There are strict procedures when it comes to sending mail to an inmate in NEXUS Treatment Center. The inmate mailing address is as follows:

Inmate Mailing Address:

Sending mail to Montana inmates but there is a protocol. All mail is opened, inspected, and examined to ensure safety. In addition, legal mail must be opened with the inmate present and it will not be read. There are strict measurements that are allowed regarding magazine clippings and newspaper clippings, and mail with over 15 pages of this material is not allowed.

Legal and medical documents over 15 pages are allowed, but it requires warden approval. Inmates can also receive cards, but they cannot contain electronics or be layered in some way to hide contraband. Inmates at NEXUS Treatment Center can also receive up to 20 self-addressed and stamped envelopes, and this is an exemption from the standard 15 page limit.

Photos of a certain size can be sent but cannot contain nudity. Polaroid and/or instant photos of any kind are not allowed.
