Sending a Mail

The Lebanon County Correctional Facility inmates are allowed to get written letters in the mail from their family and friends. All letters that are sent to the jail are checked by the jail employees before they are handed out to the inmates.

There are a lot of items that are not permitted to be sent when sending things to the jail along with your letters. The items that are not allowed to be sent to inmates are listed below:

You are not allowed to send inmates in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility packages. They will be sent back to the sender if they are sent. Make sure to write your return address on mail before sending it to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility.  

Inmates in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility are allowed to get books, newspaper and magazines sent to them. All books, newspaper and magazines will need to be sent straight from the publisher or the bookstore to the jail. You are allowed to have these items sent from Amazon. All books that are sent to the jail will need to be new and paperback. All used and hardcover books are not allowed. All used and hardcover books that are sent, will get sent back to the sender.

Sending Money

The Lebanon County Correctional Facility inmates will need money in their accounts in order to make purchases from the commissary.

There is a kiosk at the visitation lobby at the Lebanon County Correctional Facility that you can use to make deposits. You will be able to use cash, debit or credit card to deposit funds into an inmates account at the kiosk.

Phone Calls

The Lebanon County Correctional Facility inmates are not allowed to get phone calls from their family or friends. During phone time inmates are allowed to make phone calls to their family and friends. The inmates are limited to 15-minute phone calls. The call will get terminated as soon as the 15-minutes is over.  

Calling features such as three-way calling and call forwarding are forbidden for the inmates to use. If an inmate is caught using any of these features the call will get disconnected and disciplinary action will be taken up against the inmate. 

The Lebanon County Correctional Facility inmates are allowed to only make collect phone calls. You will only be able to receive a collect call from an inmate from a landline phone. However, you will not be able to receive any collect calls from a mobile phone. The individual receiving the collect call is the one responsible for and all fees associated with the collect calls. The Lebanon County Correctional Facility is not accountable for any and all charges associated with the collect calls.  

Visiting Rules

Each calendar week the Lebanon County Correctional Facility inmates are allowed to have 2 1-hour visits. Three people including children can consist of each visit.

You will need to schedule your visit at least 24-hours in advance. Make sure to leave all your personal belongings in your vehicle. Personal belongings are not permitted in the visitation area. 

Before you will be allowed in the visitation area you will need to show either your driver’s license, state identification card, or passport. Children under the age of 18 will be allowed to visit, however, they will be required to stay with their legal guardian.

For each calendar week inmates in the Lebanon County Correctional Facility are allowed to have 2 1-hour visits. These visits consist of up to 3 people including children.
